Admit one

Spring fundraiser

Saturday, 7:00 pm

General admission

One ticket, one attendee

Valid for check-in

  • Your account, your money

Ticket revenue lands in your own account, powered by Stripe. Your organization stays the merchant of record.

  • Check people in anywhere

Every attendee gets their own signed QR ticket. Scan at the door, with or without a signal.

  • No subscription

Pay per transaction. Nothing monthly, no sales call, and no plan to upgrade out of.

  • You choose who pays the fee

Buyer or organizer, set per event. No surprise tip screen in your buyer's checkout.

Who it is for

You are running this on top of another job

TixTally is built for the volunteer treasurer, the part-time staffer, and the organizer wearing five hats. Not a professional events team with a ticketing specialist on staff.

  • A gala in six weeks

You picked the date before you picked the software

Sign up, connect payments, and publish an event page the same day. There is no demo to sit through, no approval queue, and nobody from our team standing between you and your first sale.

  • Volunteers at the door

The people scanning tickets are not the people with the bank details

Invite each volunteer with a role that covers what they do on the night and nothing else. Someone who scans tickets on Saturday does not get your payment settings with it.

  • A board asking where the money went

You can answer from your own bank statement

Ticket money goes to your organization's account, not ours. Changes to your organization are written to an audit log, so who did what is a record instead of somebody's memory.

Built for anyone with an audience

  • Individual organizers
  • Nonprofits
  • Community fundraisers
  • Political campaigns
  • Schools
  • Sports clubs
  • Associations

How it works

Up and running in an afternoon

Three steps, and none of them wait on us. Everything below is self-serve, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Create your account

Sign up and invite your team. Roles and permissions from day one, so the treasurer and the door volunteer do not need the same access.

    Roles from the first minute
  2. 02

    Connect your account

Set up payments without leaving TixTally. Identity verification runs inline, powered by Stripe, and payouts go to your bank.

    Payouts to your bank
  3. 03

    Sell and scan

Share your event link wherever your audience already is, then check people in from a phone at the door.

    One QR per attendee

At the door

The door is where ticketing usually goes wrong

A line forms, the venue Wi-Fi drops, and the volunteer with the phone is looking at a spinner. TixTally is built so that moment is not a problem to solve on the night.

  1. Signed when it is issued

Each attendee gets their own QR code, signed by your event at the moment the ticket is created. A code your event did not issue does not scan.

  2. Verified on the phone

The scanner checks that signature on the device itself. A basement hall with no Wi-Fi and one bar of signal does not stop the line.

  3. Synced when you are back

Scans upload once a connection returns. The door keeps moving and the record catches up on its own.

No surprises at checkout

Your checkout asks for your price, and nothing else

The last screen before somebody decides to come should be yours, and so should the one you use to set it up. Here is what is missing from both, deliberately.

  • You will not see this

Add a tip to support our platform?

    What happens instead

Your buyer pays the price you set. There is no tip screen in the middle of your checkout and no default we switched on for you.

  • You will not see this

Round up to help cover our costs?

    What happens instead

No guilt-based donation ask stacked on top of yours. If you want to collect donations, you set that up and it says what you want it to say.

  • You will not see this

    Upgrade to unlock this feature.

    What happens instead

One pricing system for every organization. There are no plan tiers, so there is nothing to unlock and nothing to upgrade out of.

  • You will not see this

A platform fee your buyer did not expect.

    What happens instead

You choose who pays the platform fee, buyer or organizer, and you set it per event rather than once for the whole account.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what people ask first. The pricing page covers the rest.

Do I need to run a nonprofit or a company to use this?
No. It works the same whether it is just you running one event or a full volunteer team. Sign up under your own name, sell your tickets, and invite people later only if you need to.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. There is no subscription and there are no plan tiers. A fee applies only when you sell a paid ticket or receive a donation.
Where does the ticket money go?
Into your own Stripe account. You connect it directly, you stay the merchant of record, and payouts go to your bank.
Who pays the platform fee, the buyer or the organizer?
You choose, per event. Pass the fee to the buyer at checkout, or absorb it as the organizer.
Does checkout add a tip screen or a donation prompt?
No. There is no forced tip screen and no guilt-based donation ask layered on top of what you set up.
Does check-in work without a signal?
Yes. Open the event in the check-in app once while you have a signal to load the guest list. After that it verifies signed tickets on the device with no connection at all, and syncs when one returns.
Can volunteers help without seeing our payment settings?
Yes. Invite them with a role scoped to what they need. Access is set per person, and you can change or remove it later.
