A cash box at the gate is not a system.
Sell tickets to fixtures, tournaments, and club nights, take the money into the club's own account, and scan supporters in at the gate. Our fee is 1% + $0.49 per paid ticket, and the off season costs nothing at all.
Nothing to pay in the off season
You pay only when a ticket sells or a donation comes in. Four months with no fixtures costs the club nothing.
A gate is not a wifi hotspot
Each supporter gets a signed QR ticket. A volunteer scans it on a phone and the signature is checked on the device, not on a network that is not there.
One event per fixture, set up in minutes
A home game, a tournament, an awards night. Each one gets its own page, its own ticket types, and its own attendee list.
You choose who pays the fee
Pass the platform fee to the supporter at checkout, or absorb it out of the gate. Set it per event, not once for the club.
1% + $0.49 per paid ticket, 1.5% per donation, and nothing at all on free events, on top of Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30 card processing fee. Our fee is charged on top of Stripe's standard card processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Stripe's part goes to Stripe, not to us. The per-ticket fee never exceeds $1.99.

Questions clubs ask us
If the gate is currently a cash box and a volunteer with a clipboard, these are the questions that come up first.
- Do we pay anything in the off season?
- No. There is no monthly fee. A fee applies only when you sell a paid ticket or receive a donation.
- Can we set up a separate event for every fixture?
- Yes. Each fixture gets its own event page, ticket types, and attendee list, so the gate and the takings never get mixed up between dates.
- Where does the gate money go?
- Into the club's own Stripe account, connected directly. You stay the merchant of record and payouts follow your own Stripe schedule.
- Will scanning work at a pitch with no signal?
- Yes. Each ticket carries a signature the scanner verifies on the phone itself, and scans upload once a connection returns.
- Our committee changes every season. How do we manage access?
- Invite committee members and volunteers with a role scoped to what they need, and remove access when their term ends.
- Can we take donations alongside ticket sales?
- Yes. Supporters can add a donation at the same checkout, which is the same place your ticket money already flows through.
- Who pays the platform fee, the club or the supporter?
- You choose, per event. Pass the fee to the buyer at checkout, or absorb it as the club.
