No platform fee, ever. If you are not charging for a ticket, we do not charge you either.
Paid tickets
One fee per transaction. It does not change based on a plan, because there are no plans.

One percentage fee. Nothing fixed on top, nothing tiered underneath.
Our fee is charged on top of Stripe's standard card processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Stripe's part goes to Stripe, not to us. These figures are read from the same configuration your checkout charges from, so this page cannot say one thing and your buyers pay another.

Stripe's figure is an estimate at their published rate for domestic Canadian cards, read from stripe.com on 31 August 2026. International cards and currency conversion cost more, and Stripe sets that rate, not us. Our figure is exact.

Straight answers about what comes out of a ticket, and who it goes to.
- Is there a monthly fee?
- No. There is no subscription. A fee applies only when you sell a paid ticket or receive a donation.
- Can we run a free event for nothing?
- Yes. Free events carry no platform fee at all.
- Who pays the platform fee, the buyer or the organizer?
- You choose, per event. Pass the fee to the buyer at checkout, or absorb it as the organizer.
- Is Stripe's processing fee included in your fee?
- No. Our fee is charged on top of it. Stripe takes its own card processing fee out of every transaction and that money goes to Stripe, not to us. The worked example above shows both amounts on the same ticket.
- So what do I actually keep on a ticket?
- The worked example above answers that in dollars, at our real rate and Stripe's published one, for both the case where you cover our fee and the case where your buyer does.
- Are there plan tiers to upgrade to later?
- No. There is one pricing system, and every core feature is available to every organization.
