Stop collecting ticket money in an envelope.
The play, the game, the bake sale, the band trip. TixTally sells the tickets, takes the payments into your own account, and scans people in at the door. Our fee is 1% + $0.49 per paid ticket, and there is nothing to pay in between events.
No subscription for six events a year
You pay only when a ticket sells. A term with nothing on it costs you nothing, which is not true of software you rent by the month.
Money goes to your own account
You connect your own Stripe account, so ticket revenue lands where your activity fund already banks. We never hold it.
Built for a gym door, not a spreadsheet
Every attendee gets a signed QR ticket. It scans on a phone even where the signal drops, so the line into the hall keeps moving.
Your volunteers change every year
Invite parents and staff with access scoped to what they need, like check-in only, and remove it when the year ends.
1% + $0.49 per paid ticket, 1.5% per donation, and nothing at all on free events, on top of Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30 card processing fee. Our fee is charged on top of Stripe's standard card processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Stripe's part goes to Stripe, not to us. The per-ticket fee never exceeds $1.99.

Questions parent councils ask us
If the ticket money currently arrives in envelopes and a shared spreadsheet, these are the questions that come up first.
- Do we need a subscription if we only run a few events a year?
- No. There is no monthly fee. A fee applies only when you sell a paid ticket or receive a donation, so a quiet term costs nothing.
- Can we run a free event, like a sign-up night or an open house?
- Yes. Free events carry no platform fee.
- Where does the ticket money go?
- Into your own Stripe account, connected directly. Payouts follow your Stripe schedule into the bank account your activity fund already uses.
- Do we have to be a registered organization to sign up?
- No. One teacher or one parent can create an account, sell tickets to one event, and invite other people later only if it helps.
- Will check-in work in a gym with poor Wi-Fi?
- Yes. Each ticket carries a signature the scanner verifies on the phone itself, and scans upload once a connection returns.
- Can parent volunteers help at the door without seeing payments?
- Yes. Give them a role scoped to check-in. Who can see payments and who can change settings stays separate.
- Who pays the platform fee, the school or the parents?
- You choose, per event. Pass the fee to the buyer at checkout, or absorb it out of the event's takings.
