How it works

Five steps, and none of them go through us. Create an account, connect your own Stripe account, publish an event, sell tickets, and check people in at the door.

Five steps, no approval queue

Everything below is self-serve. There is no sales call and no one from our team in the loop before you can sell a ticket.

  1. 01

Create your account and invite your team

Sign up and name your account, whether that is your own name for a solo event or your group's name for a team. Invite the people who help you run it, each with their own role, so a volunteer who scans tickets at the door does not also have access to your Stripe settings.

  2. 02

    Connect your account

Set up payments without leaving TixTally. Identity verification runs inline, powered by Stripe. Your organization stays the merchant of record, and ticket revenue lands in your own balance, not ours.

  3. 03

Publish an event and share the link

Add your ticket types, set your dates, and publish a hosted event page. Share the link wherever your audience already is.

  4. 04

    Sell tickets

Buyers check out with a card or wallet. Every order sends a confirmation email and issues a unique ticket per attendee, automatically.

  5. 05

    Check people in, even offline

Every attendee gets a signed, per-attendee QR code. Open the event in the app once to load the guest list, then scan at the door from a phone. The app verifies each signature on the device itself, so a weak signal at your venue does not stop the line.

Every ticket is signed. Check-in does not need a signal.

Each attendee gets their own QR code, signed the moment the ticket is issued. The check-in app verifies that signature on the phone itself, so a venue with no Wi-Fi or a weak cell signal does not stop the door. Scans sync automatically once a connection is available.
