You don't need an organization to sell tickets here.
A wedding, a birthday party, a workshop, a one-off concert. Whatever the event, TixTally sells the tickets, takes the payment into your own Stripe account, and scans people in at the door. One person can do all of this alone. Our fee is 1% + $0.49 per paid ticket, the same as it is for a gala.
No organization required
One person can create an account and sell tickets to a single event. There is no minimum team size, no formal registration, and nobody approves you to start.
Built for any event, not just four categories
A nonprofit gala and a backyard birthday party run on the same product, the same fee, and the same features. The categories in our menu are where we publish the most content, not a list of who is allowed in.
The same simple pricing, every time
No subscription, and you pay only when a paid ticket sells. There is no different rate for a bigger or more official-looking account.
Your money, a real ticket
Ticket money lands in your own Stripe account; we never hold it. Every attendee gets a signed QR ticket that scans at the door, whether you're running it alone or with a team.
1% + $0.49 per paid ticket, 1.5% per donation, and nothing at all on free events, on top of Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30 card processing fee. Our fee is charged on top of Stripe's standard card processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Stripe's part goes to Stripe, not to us. The per-ticket fee never exceeds $1.99.

Questions anyone new to TixTally asks us
If you're wondering whether this product is really meant for someone like you, these are the questions that come up first.
- Do I need to be a nonprofit, a company, or any kind of organization to use this?
- No. One person can create an account and sell tickets to a single event. There is no minimum team size and nothing to register beyond your own account.
- Can I sell tickets to a private event, like a wedding or a birthday party?
- Yes. A private party runs on the same product, the same fee, and the same features as a public fundraiser.
- Is this only for the categories in your menu?
- No. Nonprofits, political campaigns, schools, and sports clubs are where we publish the most content, not a list of who is allowed in. If you're selling a ticket to something, this is built for you.
- Can one person run this alone?
- Yes. You can create an account, connect your own Stripe account, publish an event, and check people in at the door, all without inviting anyone else.
- Can I run a free event?
- Yes. Free events carry no platform fee.
- Where does the ticket money go?
- Into your own Stripe account, connected directly. We never hold it, and payouts follow your own Stripe schedule.
- Who pays the platform fee, me or the person buying the ticket?
- You choose, per event. Pass the fee to the buyer at checkout, or absorb it yourself.
